Information on the processing of personal data

Pursuant to art. 13 of the EU GDPR 2016/679 “Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data”

WHY THIS INFORMATION?

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 13 of the EU GDPR 2016/679 (new European Regulation for the protection of personal data, hereinafter “Regulation”), this document provides information relating to the processing of personal data by EREB Srl (hereinafter “Owner”).

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

The personal data to which this document refers are processed by the Data Controller for:

fulfill contractual obligations;
to fulfill tax and legal obligations;
with the interested party’s consent , for the acquisition of photos, voice, statements or videos during the training course;
with the consent of the interested party , for the publication of photos, voices, statements or videos on company websites, television, press, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Whatsapp);

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

The interested party who intends to participate in the “Leader Evolution” course must provide the following categories of data:

Personal data (such as name, surname)
Contact information such as telephone numbers and email addresses;

Such data are necessary to be able to conclude all operations relating to the agreements stipulated with the interested party and to fulfill the administrative, accounting and fiscal management of the Data Controller.

This data is retained for up to 10 years after the termination of the contract to fulfill tax and legal obligations.

In case of refusal to provide data, it will not be possible to participate in the course.

The collected data is kept for one year from collection and then destroyed.

The Data Controller may also collect photos, voices, statements or videos during training courses, invitation-only events, company events, annual meetings and plenary selection assemblies to publish them on its websites and social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Whatsapp), on television, radio and in the press in order to promote the activities carried out by the company and advertise the events on traditional media (television, radio, press) and digital media (websites and social networks);

The data collected and managed will not be used in any way in automated systems for profiling the interested parties.

Once the purposes for which the data was collected have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or destroyed.

This data will not be retained for more than 5 years from its collection.

Providing this data is optional.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The data are accessible to the Data Controller’s personnel, who act and access the data on the basis of specific instructions provided in relation to the purposes to be pursued and on the basis of the processing methods and are bound to the confidentiality of the data of which they have become aware during the activities performed on behalf of the Data Controller.

Pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation, the data necessary to fulfill legal obligations are also intended for some Data Processors such as:

Tax advisors of the Owner;
Labour consultants and legal consultants;

The complete list of Data Processors is available upon request from the Data Controller.

All other data are managed, stored and processed only by personnel authorised by EREB in Italy and no transfers outside the European Union are foreseen.

Limited to photos, voice, statements or videos, the data may be published on the websites of the Owner, or on social networks limited to accounts attributable to the Owner or on television, radio, press.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Interested parties have the right to access, rectify, delete their data or limit or oppose the processing of their data as recognized by articles 15 and following of the Regulation, by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO):

PRIVACY POLICY
WHO SHOULD I SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO?

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, the interested parties also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority as provided for and indicated in art. 77 of the Regulation or to take appropriate judicial action (art. 79 of the Regulation).

UPDATES TO THIS INFORMATION DOCUMENT

Any update to this information document will be communicated promptly and with appropriate means and will also be communicated if the Data Controller decides to process the data already in its possession for purposes other than those indicated in this document.

Before proceeding with the treatment, consent will be requested in advance within the compatible times and methods.
